Durable AI chat

When you refresh page in Macaly or close the tab, the stream of AI response gets lost. It still works in background, but you need to refresh manually to see the result.
Same thing if you switch to different app on mobile.
We’re going to make the stream durable, so it will continue streaming after refresh/refocus
